The above stamps recently appeared on Ebay , However these stamps appear to be Bogus.
Tuva is a Russian Republic and in general they do not issue stamps. Any stamps that would originate from Tuva would be in Cyrillic.

A con-artist in Finland has tricked the organisers of the Pori Jazz festival into believing that AC/DC would attend if they paid the man a fee. However the man was a FAKE Manager of the band and had no connection with the band at all.
Alas the Pori Jazz Festival has lost a substantial amount of money due to the actions of a crook.
This story has appeared in several online news sites in Finland , I am afraid a bit of the story has been lost a little in the translation. But if your Finnish is good here is a few links

AC/DC:n tulo Poriin oli huijaus
Viime kesän Pori Jazzien aikaan kuiskailtu julkinen salaisuus AC/DC:n ensi kesän konsertista Pori Delta Arenalla on paljastunut huijaukseksi. Pori Jazz on tehnyt jo elokuussa asiasta tutkintapyynnön poliisille. Australialaisen superbändin konsertista neuvoteltiin tämän vuoden alusta lähtien. AC/DC:n lisäksi konsertissa olisi esiintynyt aboriginaaleja. Tämä teema ja huippunimi suhteellisen halvalla innostivat Pori Jazzia. Puhuttiin AC/DC:n jäähyväiskiertueesta, jonka kaksi muuta konserttia olisi pidetty Melbournessa ja Lontoossa.
Neuvotteluja käytiin George Youngina esiintyneen miehen kanssa. Oikea George Young on AC/DC-veljesten Angus ja Malcolm Youngin vanhempi veli, joka hoitaa yhtyeen liiketoimintaa.
Huijari muistutti ulkoiselta olemukseltaan erehdyttävästi George Youngia. Hän onnistui huijaamaan porilaisen jazzorganisaation lisäksi useita hotelleja, lentoyhtiöitä, matkatoimistoja, levy-yhtiöitä ja bändejä ainakin Iso-Britanniassa ja Tanskassa. Miehen tämänhetkistä olinpaikkaa ei tiedetä.
Viime jazzeilla mies tutustui jättiareenaan Paul Simonin konsertin yhteydessä.
- Silloin Paul Simonin managerikin tervehti häntä Youngina. Tilanteessa olleet kertoivat, että huijari jutteli Simonin managerin kanssa luontevasti, mutta häipyi nopeasti omille teilleen, kertoi toimitusjohtaja Hannu Hakala Pori Jazzista

Helen of Troy Musicial postponned until November 2003
The collaboration between the Sarasota Ballet and AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson
has been postponned until November, with a production of "Swan Lake" replacing the show in March.
Difficulties in funding and the unavailability of actor
Malcolm McDowell ("of A Clockwork Orange fame") to play the star role of Zeus, due to a film deal, were some of the major reasons for the shows cancellation.

Jackyl's new album has been mixed, mastered and heading to press. "RELENTLESS"
will be hitting stores October 22, 2002. The first single is "Kill The
