Stevie back on the Wright track

AFTER living as a virtual recluse since his "retirement gig" in the early '90s, the artist once known as Little Stevie Wright is on the verge of a comeback.
The former lead singer of The Easybeats, whose battles with drugs and booze have been well documented, will star in the memory-lane rock'n'roll extravaganza Long Way To The Top.
Producer Amanda Pelman says Wright – who will perform his solo hit Evie Parts One, Two and Three – is such an integral part of Australia's rock history that he had to be in the line-up.
AC/DC fans will recall that Stevie's first solo album "Hard Road" featured two guitarists brothers by the surname Young.
