Brian was in fantastic form delighting the crowd. After Geordie's second song the crowd burst into a rendition of Happy Birthday.

Geordie II - Newcastle Opera House, 28th September 2001
Absolutely amazing gig, despite only 2 days rehearsal with his old mates , Brian brought of one hell of a performance in his native Geordieland. Renditions of old classics by the Animals, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin, Nazereth and Frankie Miller, as well as a few old Geordie hits (All because of you, Geordie's lost his Liggie, Rockin with the boys tonight) and one track from his day job.

The concert was even graced by the Newcastle mafia , as Brian called them , namely actors Kevin Wheatley, Tim Healey , and Mr Jimmy Nail.

Brian was amazing all night, a real gentleman as he spent time after the gig singing autographs and chatting to the fans.

In the wake of the tragic events in America recently the radio network Clear Channel has generated for its radio stations a staggering list of rock songs and pop songs with words presumably inappropriate for the airwaves, including John Lennon's "Imagine," and Led Zeppelin's "Stairway To Heaven,".
Seven tracks by AC/DC have been classed as inappropriate for broadcast on the airwaves at the present time.
The AC/DC tracks listed are "Shot Down In Flames," "Shoot To Thrill," "Dirty Deeds," "Highway To Hell," "Safe In New York City," "TNT," "Hell's Bells";
