Dave Evans & Overdose Former AC/DC singer Dave Evans recently performed two highly acclaimed shows at the Munich Oktoberfest. At a festival that does not often have rock acts perform , the appearance of Dave Evans and Overdose recieved a warm welcome with Dave being specially asked to perform at the Hofbraeuhaus hall in front of 20,000 people.

Various reports have indicated that AC/DC are to play a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo , London on the 21st October 2003. As an official announcement has not been made.

Angus & Malcolm Young made a guest appearance at the Rolling Stones concert at Twickenham, Rugby ground , London on Saturday night. They joined the Stones on stage for a version of "Rock me Baby".

Tice and Evans (Dave Tice ex Buffalo and Mark Evans ex AC/DC) will double up with Melbourne's own Bluesman Chris Wilson and his band The Spidermen for a one off gig in Sydney's Inner West on September 26.

The show is at The Bridge Hotel is on Victoria Rd, Rozelle, September 26. Tickets at the door on the night

A recent newspaper article has hinted at why Brian decided to write a musical and he is quoted as saying.
"One day I was sitting through a boring musical and thought: 'I can do better than this.' I thumbed through the program and there was an advertisement for a bank with gold coins tumbling out of a wooden horse.

"That triggered the idea for Helen of Troy. It was as simple as that."
