Firstar Center, formerly known as The Crown, and Riverfront Coliseum before that, and Cincinnati's largest indoor arena is entering into its third full season. Built in 1975, the Coliseum hosted between 65 and 75 performances over the past several years, bringing 500,000 patrons through its doors.
In addition to sporting events and ice shows, Firstar Center will once again be a major stop for all concerts in Cincinnati!
Firstar Center will also be working closely with the Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitors Bureau again this year to attract major shows and conventions. Sprinkle in college graduations, a few business seminars and private parties, and the number of events continues to climb!
In fact, Firstar Center will feature at least one event every weekend between October and April! Firstar Center truely is the place for entertainment in Cincinnati.
Among the featured attractions in Firstar Center this season will be the 41 regular season Cyclones games and 32 regular season Stuff games, University of Kentucky men's basketball, Miami of Ohio ice hockey, the Harlem Globetrotters, Longhorn World Championship Rodeo, Target Stars on Ice, Hot Rod Monster Jam, and the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
Combine these with the family shows and Firstar Center's two main tennants, The Cyclones and the Stuff, and it becomes readily apparent that Firstar Center is The Happening Spot for all your family entertainment throughout the year!
