Irene Thornton
Bon's wife, Irene married Bon on the 24th January 1972 in Adelaide. They separated in 1974 before finally divorcing in 1978. After Bon's motorcycle crash Irene helped nurse Bon back to full fitness even though their marriage was going through a rough patch. Irene and Bon remained friends right up to his death. Maria Short (nee Van Vlijman)
The first serious girlfriend of Bon. Maria lived with Bon between 1965 and 1968. Bon and Maria always kept in touch.

Rosie was a bit of a rock groupie in Australia in the early days. She was renowned for her size. She is reported to be pround of the song that was written about her.
Ruby Tuesday
A rock groupie that was made famous by the lyrics in the track Go Down.
Isa Scott (Bon's Mum)
No article on the ladies in Bon's live would be complete without mentioning his mum. Isa the grand old lady loved to hear "Her Ronnie" up on stage singing. When AC/DC returned to Australia for their first gig in Australia since Bon died invited Isa to the gig , the nervous engineers and people from the record company tried to warn hear about the noise. To which she is reported to have replied "That's all right I know when the Cannons appear" (click here for more details of Isa Scott)
